To apply for membership, please print out the membership form here. Bring it to our office or one of our coffee mornings, with your passport. We do not need to keep a copy of your passport, but our volunteer will need to see it. The annual membership fee is Rs.500.

Our membership year expires on 31 July 2010, and all members must renew their memberships.
To renew your membership, please bring the following to our office or a coffee morning after 21 July 2010:
- Your old membership card
- A completed membership form (please fill in ALL the details!)
- Rs 1,000 membership fee
If you’re traveling or on holiday, don’t panic! You have until 31 September to renew your account! All unrenewed members' accounts on this website will be deactivated on 1 October 2010.

The requirements for membership in Delhi Network are as follows: (excerpt from Delhi Network By-Laws)
ARTICLE IV – MEMBERSHIP
Section 1 Full Membership shall be open to anyone holding a foreign passport and residing in New Delhi temporarily.
Section 2 Spouses/partners of members are classified as associate members. An associate member has the right to attend all general meetings and functions, but will not have voting rights or be eligible to stand for office or chairmanship.
Section 3 Membership shall be effective upon payment of established dues.
Section 4 Termination of Membership or Removal from Office. The Board has the right to terminate membership and/or remove from office any member who:
(1) is deemed in the opinion of the Board to have acted against the objectives and interests of Delhi Network; or
(2) uses funds of Delhi Network for their own use or personal gain or spends Delhi Network funds without first receiving approval of The Board and/or The President; or
(3) takes money or goods from Delhi Network; or
(4) accepts “perks” such as discounts, free merchandise, or money from prospective or current vendors or members and grants special rights or favours or waives fees for receiving these “perks”; or
(5) participates in the name of Delhi Network using Delhi Network activities, meetings, membership list or newsletter to further any activity or cause that may be construed as: for personal or financial gain; unlawful or political in nature; or
(6) has been deemed to not comply with Delhi Network membership requirements.
Note: Members who have a personal business can: advertise their business in the Newsletter, rent vendor tables upon approval of that committee, all at the same rate and with no additional privileges, same as other vendors. Members who have a business cannot: use their membership to forward their business or gain advantage over other vendors; use phone numbers, emails or addresses of membership lists to solicit to members; and cannot distribute or post materials or advertisements at any Delhi Network function or at the office. (Newsletter advertisers are allowed to post their advertisements at the office as long as they are a current paid advertiser in the Newsletter.)
Section 5 Term of Membership. The term of membership will be from August through July of each year.
Section 6 New applicants must present their foreign passport in order to obtain membership.
